Warranty

Legal warranty applies to consumers only. The consumer must file a complaint after discovering the defect with the seller within a reasonable time and preferably within two months.

A product must do what the buyer can reasonably expect, the law says. A product must not have defects that cannot be expected during the expected life of the product under normal circumstances. If the product does not meet the consumer's expectations then we are obligated to repair or replace the product. Only if the consumer is at fault, Cleandieselfuel can request compensation. Cleandieselfuel pays the return shipping costs of the damaged product. It is free of charge to the consumer. The consumer only has to prove that he bought the product from us. Any proof of purchase is sufficient.

If we prove within 6 months that the defect is a fault of the consumer, Cleandieselfuel is not responsible for the damage to the product. If we cannot prove this, then this is the defect considered a manufacturing defect and we as the seller are responsible. The legal warranty applies and additional warranties do not apply.
