How we ship your order
Our orders are shipped the same day if the order is entered before 3 p.m. on a business day. Our shipper is PostNl (Dutch Postal Package).
Delivery cost
Nederlandse Post Pakketbezorging tarief €6 voor een maximum van 20 kg naar Nederland.
As of Jan. 1, 2020, payment on delivery is no longer possible.
Delivery options
You can have your order delivered.
- At home or at work
The customer pays only the shipping costs including VAT. We do not charge a handling fee.
In case the customer is not at home. The letter carrier will return the next day to deliver the product.

We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. If your order is in shipping status for more than two days. Please contact our customer service department. We will be happy to assist you.
When will I receive my order?
We will keep you informed via email. You can also track your order through your account. Simply go to your account and then to your 'Orders' or go directly to your order status. You can then view the details of your order.

How long does it take for an order to be delivered in the Netherlands or Belgium?
Voor levering in Nederland geldt dat als wij een product op voorraad hebben, dit 1 tot 3 werkdagen in beslag neemt. Het duurt 2 tot 4 werkdagen om in België te leveren als we een product op voorraad hebben.
