Cimtek filters offer a very good price / performance and come in a wide range of options as: nominal or absolute filtration, flow rate, water block and special biodiesel filters. The Cimtek absolute filtration elements are much more effective in getting the particles above the micron-rating of the filter out of the fuel than the regular red nominal elements.
We recommend the Biotek elements with today’s B7 biodiesel.
And remember, when the filters block quickly, it is not a filter problem, but a fuel problem !! just placing the red Cimteks lets water and debris go straight to your injectors, causing sediments to form on these injectors, resulting in sub-optimal spray patterns and higher fuel consumption as well as emissions…
