How we ship your order
Our orders are shipped the same day if the order was entered before 15.00 on a working day. Our shipper is PostNl (Dutch Postal Parcel).
Delivery cost
Dutch Postal Parcel delivery minimum rate €5,99 for a maimum of 10 kg to the Netherlands.
As of 1 januari 2020 Payment on delivery is not possible anymore.
Delivery Options
You can have your order delivered.
- At home or at work
The customer is only paying the shipping cost inclusive VAT. We are not charging administration cost.
In case that the customer is not at home. The postman will return next day to deliver there product.

My order has been shipped but I have not yet received it.
We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. If your order is for more than two days in the status sent. Please contact our customer service. We are happy to help you .
When will I receive my order?
We will keep you informed via e -mail. You can also track your order through your account . Just go to your account and then your ‘Orders’ or go directly to your order status . Then you can view the details of your order.

Take a look in your order status when you see that items have been shipped and they have not arrived yet. Please contact our customer service. We are happy to help you.
How long take an order to be delivered in the Netherlands or Belgium?
For delivery in the Netherlands if we have a product in stock will take 1 to 2 working days. To deliver in Belgium if we have a product in stock will take from 2 to 3 working days.
How long take an order to be delivered outside the Netherlands or Belgium?
For delivery outside the Netherlands and Belgium. See the table below as a guide:
